My favorite purchase from RLM was, and still is, my 2004 BMW X3 SUV. It now has well over 250,000 miles on the clock but remains both totally reliable, and gorgeous to look at. Having just completed my purchase of a beautiful 2002 Twin Turbo 911/996 Porsche from you, I express the following. During the inspection and demonstration process, you invested much time while exhibiting extreme patience and caring. Our drive took us through road conditions conducive to a good road test. In turn, you were pleased to do the same for a friend who had accompanied me. How nice! You encouraged a very thorough inspection while explaining much to this first time Porsche buyer. Without asking, you placed the vehicle on a hoist for a thorough review of the underneath side. While operating the seat fore and aft, I noticed noises. You enthusiastically checked these and determined that the motor was on its way out. Without hesitation, you ordered a new motor and replaced it at no cost to me. Separate from the purchase process, but desirable on my part, was to install a battery charging “pigtail”. It was installed and routed such that it could hardly be seen. The entire length was shrink wrapped in black to neatly keep the two wires together and eliminate exposure of the colored wires. Connections were made away from the battery to minimize “wire congestion” at the battery. Talk about “attention to detail”! I look forward to a continued maintenance relationship with you in the future. The transaction process entailed much detail and coordination in that this was not a simple title transfer. All was explained to me, ensuring that I understood. Consequently, all went well at Washington’s Department of licensing without a glitch. Your team followed-up on every step of the entire process including my trip home, ensuring my receipt of the mailed legal/purchase documents and the vehicle’s history notebook.

All I can say about Raphael Luxury Motorcars is that they are hands down the best dealership I've ever done business with in my life. I absolutely hate buying cars from a dealer, any dealer, because they are horrible to deal with. For the most part they act like you waste their time, hide just about everything you would want to know what’s wrong with the car you are purchasing, and generally try to take advantage of you on the price. I was in the market for a very special Porsche 911 Twin Turbo and looked at several at dealerships. One high end Mercedes dealership in my area was charging so much for the vehicle I thought it was a mistake and when I test drove the car it broke down. They never followed up with me and could have cared less about my business which is why I try to always private sale when I can. Then I met Micah at Raphael Luxury Motorcars and was absolutely blown away by how much he cared about his customers. Now I know a lot of people say this to be nice, but I rarely write reviews but had to about Micah and his new dealership. I was looking at his car just for “kicks” and placed a call to him from all the way across the country and what started as me asking about his car has turned into a friendship. From the very beginning Micah was professional and friendly and went so far above and beyond I purchased the car without ever seeing it in person and had it shipped over 3000 miles to my home. Micah spent the better part of several hours on video conference with me going over every aspect of the vehicle and his brother Alex who is a master mechanic at Max RPM Motorsports conducted an inspection for me. He also took me on multiple test drives via video chat. I must say I NEVER intended to buy a car from them but because of how amazing they were, I soon realized I will probably never buy from anyone else. The car arrived a week later and it is amazing!
